As residents and visitors to Tyrrelstown know only too well, for a long time (years in fact), we have been seeking traffic calming measures to be addressed. And yet within only a short time of focused and targeted lobbying, Ignatius not only secured support, (already measures have been put in place, by way of improved signage and cushion ramps with more to come), a full safety audit of the Tyrrelstown estate was embarked upon by the relevant authorities at the behest of Ignatius. The outcome of this he intends to bring to fruition in consultation with those concerned and/or affected by the reports recommendation.
